This is LGB marked and is a period correct Lloyd Garfield Balfour made bracelet for U. Service members to use as either an identification bracelet or as a gift before departing overseas. This particular one is what is better known as a "Sweetheart" bracelet.

It has been engraved with the initials R. And was likely given as a gift. The bracelet is 7.75 inches long. It presents with silver tarnish but would clean well. All of the hardwear is in serviceable shape.
