Wwii U. S. Army Air Force Air Crew Wing British Made

Here we have a beautiful World War II British made U. Army Air Corps air crewmans wing in excellent condition. This is a full size uniform jacket wing that measures 3 inches from wing tip to wing tip. The pieces exhibits the characteristic highly detailed fletching to the wing feathers and typical British style pin assembly on the reverse side. The central disk with the American eagle is a separate piece applied to the center of the wing. The pin assembly is the open catch British style and is complete and fully functional. The wing appears to be silver plate over brass as there are some brass highlights showing through the worn high points on the wing. This makes for some very nice contrast between the gold and silver color.
