WWII Army Air Corp Dress Uniform. Pre 1942

This is a WWII Army Air Corp Dress Uniform. There is the dress jacket, shirt and trousers. The pants are size 31x31 and the shirt is size 14 neck and 33 arms. I'm told (not confirmed) that the Sam Brown belt keepers on the dress jacket indicate that it is a pre 1942 uniform. By I have taken photos of the insignias and patches. There is a small hole on the pants as pictured. I greatly appreciate your looking and I'll do my best to answer any questions.
