WW II German Army Air Force K98 1938 HERDER BAYONET MATCHING VERY NICE

Made of wood and steel, this German Issue K98 Bayonet is in EXCELLENT condition considering it's age. Made in 1938 by Rich. Herder GmbH, there are minimal marks due to the age.

The blade shows wear and remains unsharpened, but much of the finish has faded over time (still has a bit of an orange patina). Features a MATCHING number on blade and scabbard. The scabbard is original to this knife, and is in the same condition with some slight marks and wear.

The knife features dark wood grips, and is marked. The scabbard is original to this knife, and is 100% matching. Condition matches that of the knife, with some minor marks and scratches due to the age. Would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!

Most of my items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage.
