Here's a genuine US Army Air Force C-1 Sustenance Vest. It dates from WW2 before the Air Force was named as such. The Vest is empty of any contents. It looks to be in unused or very little used condition. All the pockets are labeled for the myriad of stuff they original held.

45 holster with leather trim and strap sewn in. One size fits all with the ribbon ties in back. Maker's woven sewn-in label says LITE MANUFACTURING COMPANY.
