WW2 ERA ARMY AIR CORP BOMBARDIER WINGS SWEETHEART BRACELET - LUXENBERG. This is a vintage set of WW2 era United States Army Air Corp Bombardier wings made into a bracelet. Wings were made into bracelets during the war for wives, mothers, daughters, and sweethearts and also worn by the air crew members themselves after the war.
This bracelet was made from a full size (3) set of Luxenberg wings. The bracelet measures about 7 1/2 in length.The wings are marked on the back "STERLING LUXENBERG NEW YORK". The bracelet shows minimal wear and rub and light tarnish. The Bombardier insigna spins slightly in place put is still firmly attached.
