Nice group to WWII bomber crewman. Group includes an engraved Purple Heart, engraved Good Conduct Medal, sterling silver miniature Aircrew Wings and a sterling silver expert marksman medal with machine gun bar.

The soldier was also awarded a Bronze Star Medal, but it was not included with the group. Originally a member of the Virginia National Guard before the war.
