WWII US enlisted visor cap uniform hat Army Air Force crusher Bancroft Flighter. Here is your chance to own a gorgeous US Army enlisted visor cap.

True crusher and of the highest quality. Bancroft flighter and a wartime "patent pending" cap. This originally started life as an officer cap, produced in summer weight worsted wool. The gummed silk was removed which a lot of guys did to make the cap breathe easier.

You can see from the built up verdigris the enlisted cap emblem has been on there forever. It is extremely rare to find a conversion cap such as this.

Roughly a 7 in size. Great Veteran look to this one in good overall condition with only minor moth nips. I never grade my items as mint, even though may be. If for any reason you require additional photos, please do not hesitate to ask.
