Original WWII Era US Army Air Force AAF Type AN-H-15 Summer Flying Helmet - Dated 1944 - Size Small - Excellent Condition. Up for sale is an Original WWII Era US Army Air Force AAF Type AN-H-15 Summer Pilot's Flying Helmet. This helmet is made of OD Dense cotton cloth and features large black rubber mounts for the ANB-H-1 Receivers.

This is a early version made with the snaps for the O2 Mask. The chin strap is present. It is used, see photo's for condition. No rips or tears, the snaps all work properly. The leather chin strap is soft and supple. It has the AAF eagle logo on the helmet.
