FOR SALE: This is an original/genuine (not a reproduction) WWII U. Army Air Corps pinks and greens uniform worn by a B-17 bomber pilot who was a First Lieutenant. CONDITION: This uniform was worn by the pilot, so the condition is used but overall very good. The hat brim is damaged as shown in the photos. Please refer to the photos for details on the condition, and feel free to ask me any questions you have concerning condition.
FABRIC: Both the coat and pants appear to be all-wool. The uniform is quite heavy, both in terms of the heavy fabric used as well as the actual weight of the uniform. Pants: Waist = 28" / Inseam = 31.5" / Hem = 2.5.The owner was a young man about 6' height and slender. Sleeve length = 24.75.
Width at waist = 14.5. Length from top of collar in back to bottom back = 31.5. Hat: (The original size sticker is mostly worn away and unreadable).
