Wwii U. S. Army Air Corps Bombardier Wing Juarez Pattern, Sterling

This is an extremely fine World War II Army Air Corps Bombardier Juarez Pattern wing in silver that remains in excellent condition. The wing is full size and measures 3 inches from wing tip to wing tip. It is extremely well struck and exhibits sharp detail. The bomb in the center of the bullseye is added as a separate piece. The reverse is incised with'STERLING' on the reverse of the central shield.

The original pin and roller locking catch are present and remain fully functional. The silver on both the obverse and reverse side is with an attractive age toned patina. A beautiful looking wing in excellent, undamaged condition.
