Sterling, Sterling Silver Army Air Force Ring OCS 1944-I San Antonio with Purple Stone. Upon receipt we brought it back to our shop ran it through an ultrasonic cleaner and scrubbed it with a soft bristle brush and hot soapy water. As you can see the item is in great shape for its age. It does have a little tarnish and does show some signs of wear but not nearly what you would expect for something from 1944.
