This is an EXTREMELY RARE uniform type and can look for several years and may not find another one. Note: I have added pictures of the late 1930's of officers wearing their M1938 Mounted Blue Dress Uniform. There is a picture of an Officer wearing the M1938 Mounted Dress Uniform with a horse from the Quartermaster Corps. The other picture is of an Officer from either Cavalry or Infantry, I can't make out the branch devices, but he is wearing the M38 Mounted Dress uniform.
