WW2 R. A. F Battledress Blouse 37 pattern large size 2nd Tactical Air Force pilots

Up for sale from my collection is this original 1937 Pattern army Battledress Blouse. Army battledress was worn by many RAF aircrew of the 2nd Tactical Air Force following D-Day.

This blouse has Wing Commander insignia on the epaulets and original RAF wings. Finding original 37 Battledress blouses these days is increasingly difficult especially in a larger size.

This is a size 14. Was made by Callander, Davies and Ricks Ltd. The blouse is generally in good condition, with several small moth nips and some have been carefully repaired. All the metal buttons are original as are the collar clasps and waist buckle.
