WW2 Korean War USAF Air Force U. S. Army Major Vic Whittier 55th Weather Recon

Available today is an amazing USAF, Air Force U. Army grouping of Major Victor "Vic" H.

Whittier, aircraft commander of the 55th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron that appears to span both the WWII and Korean War era. Included is his officer's flyers clothing bag along with four of his flight suits of varying ages from different era's.

All of the suits are in good condition but have wear and staining consistent with their age and service use. The suits included are two "Suit, Flying, Man's Very Light Type K-2B" in size Medium Short, "Suit, Flying, Light, Type L-1B" in size Medium Regular, and a "Type A-4" Flying Suit that doesn't have a size listed but looks slightly smaller as shown in the photos. Overall an amazing grouping that isn't often seen any longer. Please take a look at the photos for details on condition. Sometimes this is due to size, weight, or value of an item.
