Origianal WW2 Nose Art Chalk Drawing by Captain David Scott 1944 Army Air Corp

This is an original WWII nose art chalk drawing signed by Captain David Scott Army Air Corp 1944. The drawing itself measures about 21" x 28". I had it matted and framed using conservation glass. The signature is on the back, and I have it so it can be seen, and glassed on the back too. The paper is some kind of heavy paper that is somewhat glossy on one side and a little rough and matte finish on the other. The drawing is on the matte side. Does have several tears, thumb tack holes and staining.

I bought this 45 years ago in a little hole in the wall antique shop. I tried several times to look on line for information on Captain David Scott, but had no luck. Some one would have to know how to look deeper in military records.
