Titled: "Decoration" by Robert O. Reid, well listed US Illustration Artist. Very nice overall condition, 1" tear at the top edge(taped on the back side) and other 1" and one other smaller tear at the bottom edge(also taped on back side) It shows a few creases, but nothing detrimental to the overall look.
