WWII US Army Air Force Pilot Wings Large 3 Jacket Insignia Sterling Amcraft Mkd

Here is a set of. The Wings are the desired 3 Inch, large Jacket, Tunic sized insignia.

The wings are marked sterling and Amcraft. Amcraft was a noted maker of WWII US Officer Insignia crafted from precious metals.

These Pilot Wings have some serious heft to them. They feature a pin back device with locking lever.

They have been worn and show sterling tarnishing (check out my captain bars listed separately) but can be polished. The Army Air Force Amcraft Sterling Wings are in fair condition and are at least 81 years old, probably older. Army Air Corps, Air Force Wings. Legibly marked sterling, Amcraft (high end WWII US Insignia contractor).

Sterling wings have some heft to them, are pin back with locking lever and needle pin. Wings were worn, have tarnishing to recessed areas, backside as photographed, shows wear from use.
