These rare electrically heated "Shoe Insert, Flying, Electric" covers were designed to be worn over standard flying boots for high-altitude missions. Model: Shoe Insert, Flying, Electric. Size: Large (fits shoe size 9-10). Markings: "Army Air Forces" insignia with winged star logo.
Material: Heavy olive-drab canvas with built-in wiring and laces. Excellent vintage condition for age. Fabric intact, clean markings, light signs of storage only. Military collectors, aviation historians, WWII memorabilia displays, or museum restoration projects.
