WW II US Army Air Force Aircraft TYPE B-6 LEATHER & FLEECE FLIGHT HELMET

Standardized on September 15, 1941 these helmets saw widespread use throughout the war, until it was replaced by the AN-H-16 in 1943. Made of Leather and Fleece, this flight helmet is in ICE condition for its age!

No rips or tears, and features NO damage or corrosion! Most of the original dark brown coloring has faded over time. T is marked as MEDIUM in size.

Would make a PERFECT addition to any.
