WW2 US Army Air Force AAF Officer Garrison Caps Sterling Silver Wing Pin Hat 7

Pair of original WW2 US Army Air Force officer's garrison caps with blue & gold piping. Blue & gold piping along the top & front seams indicates AAF.

One tan khaki summer uniform cap with two small star-shaped gold lieutenant rank pins. The number "9" appears on the right-side pin; the number "11" appears on the left-side pin. One brown wool winter cap with a sterling silver winged propeller pin. Sterling is clearly marked on the rear of the pin. Winter cap is marked size 7.

Features a gold silk interior and a leather band marked Tailored by Lewis. Caps are in great condition and are a real investment as well as a great addition to a ww2 collection.
