For sale is a original World War II army Air Force summer pilot helmet/cap. This is a large size spec number a N - H - 15 produced by the bates shoe company.

Please refer to the pictures for the actual condition of this item. On a scale of one to 10, with 10 being the best, I would grade the overall condition of this at a 6, mainly based to overall wear and use. This came out of the private collection of a family, whose grandfather originally wore this in World War II and this has been in storage since he came home from the war. This listing is for the cap only, the Styrofoam head, the turntable, and any other background items are not included in this listing.
