Original Writing White Color Stamping that Says Army Air Force. Original Zippers running down both sides. Zippers are in Good Working condition original from WWII U. The age of this coat and conditions it was kept in understandibly contribute to the slight musty dank smell.
It's not horrible and has been aired out but I like being fully transparent. I understand that collectors or someone who was in the war actually loves this smell so we chose NOT to dry clean these to keep the full history of the item. WWII W & C Clothing Co. A few tiny holes one repaired, slight discolorations, 2 missing buttons howerver luckily they were found in the left pocket, one of the button loops has degraded and needs repair. Super RARE hard to come by in this Condition.

The Air Men that used this piece ran bombing runs and everyday their lives were on the line. The Pilot or Bomber Crews that wore this coat was kept very warm in the harshest conditions due to the nature of the heavy insulation.
